Given that TestWorld Inc. is the holder of a copyright over a software application bearing the commercial name RJC (Remote Jobsite Controller), the following "Terms and conditions" have been adopted, which have the legal value of a contract.
The succeeding terms and conditions aim to regulate the rights and obligations that TestWorld Inc., as the provider, and the recipient turned user have regarding the use of the RJC application (hereinafter referred to as the "application").
The provider of services through the RJC application is the company TestWorld Inc. – with the following identification data or, as the case may be, contact information:

The RJC software application is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, available in the cloud, with the right to use being transmitted for profit-making purposes to communicate and operate with other components of an IT system and with the user. The application is designed to offer comprehensive remote management of jobsites through four user roles: Manager, Employee, Contractor and Observer. Each user can operate in any of these roles depending on their assignment within different projects. The Manager role is the default, while the Employee, Contractor and Observer roles become available when assigned by another manager on a project.
-
Manager role: Managers have full control over their projects and resources, including:
- Project management: Create and manage projects, archive completed projects, select project locations, and assign employees or observers from their employee network
- Document and picture management: Upload and manage documents and pictures relevant to the project
- Employee management: Assign employees to projects and track their location when checked in
- Communication: Chat with assigned observers and employees for each project
- Location tracking: Track employee locations (only employees have location tracking) when they are on-site
- Project archiving: Archive completed projects and manage archived projects
-
Employee and Contractor roles: Employees and contractors can view and interact with projects to which they are assigned:
- Project access: View project documents and manage pictures for assigned projects
- Communication: Chat with other employees or contractors on the project
- Employee location tracking: Only employees have location tracking enabled and must check in and out of projects when entering or exiting a jobsite (equivalent to a project)
- Content access: Employees can only access project documents and pictures if they are within the project’s location radius. Otherwise, they can only use the chat feature
-
Observer Role: Observers can view projects to which they are assigned:
- Project locations: View project locations and the projects at a specific location
- Documents: Access project documents
- Communication: Chat with the project manager
- Employee access: View the list of employees assigned to the project
- In-progress projects: Observers can view projects marked as "In progress" when an employee is checked in on a project
These roles ensure that every user can effectively participate in the remote management and the execution of jobsite operations, with features that support resource efficiency, oversight, and communication.
